Extra stock of drinks will be stored in the school kitchens. If you need help restocking, call the organisers on the walkie talkie.
Reusable cups: We’ll serve Pimm’s and prosecco in reusable plastic cups. The price of the cup is included with the first drink purchase; refills are offered with a 50p discount. Cups can also be purchased for 50p/1 ticket to use on the water/squash station. After the fair, visitors may keep their cups or donate them back to us to reuse at future events. Cup return boxes will be near the bar and at the recycling station.
Pimm’s: Mix Pimm’s in the glass urn as needed: 1 part Pimm’s to 3 parts lemonade (2 bottles of Pimm’s and 3 bottles of lemonade per batch). Serve with ice and garnish in reusable plastic cups.
Prosecco: 125ml servings in reusable cups
Other drinks: Cans of beer and soft drinks
Tap water and squash: These will be available free of charge from self-serve urns near the bar. Fair visitors can fill their own bottles or buy a reusable cup from the bar. Bar volunteers should periodically check the urns and refill as necessary. Fill the water bags from the outside tap on the building behind the bar and carry it to the water/squash table. Do not attempt to move the urns while full.
All fair volunteers are eligible to claim a free drink of their choice. To process free volunteer drinks:
