The Summer Fair brings together hundreds of local families in celebration of our community. Thriving local businesses are a vital part of our community, and their support makes the fair possible and underpins our success in raising crucial funds for Torridon Primary School. If your business is able to help — whether through a prize donation, financial support, or your team's time — we'd love to involve you and showcase your brand at this year's event.
Great prizes really add to the energy of the fair, and a prize donation is one of the easiest ways to get your business in front of hundreds of local families. To make sure every prize reaches someone who's genuinely excited to use it and to maximise our fundraising, we offer donated prizes in three experiences:
Raffle — for high-value prizes with broad appeal, like tech, hampers, vouchers, or cash. Exciting prizes drive volume ticket sales, maximising exposure for donors and fundraising for the school.
Silent Auction — for specialist or premium experiences or high-value items that might appeal to a narrower audience, like personal training, cookery classes, or sports memorabilia. Your prize goes to someone who chooses it specifically and is likely to become a repeat customer.
Wheel of Fortune — for smaller gifts and vouchers. Winners of this exciting fair game choose from a display of prizes, so your gift goes home with someone who truly wants it.
We'll work with you to find the best fit for your donation.
Cash sponsorship and in-kind donations subsidise our costs so that we can offer both an affordable family day out and a successful fundraiser. We particularly welcome support with:
Food, drinks, and catering supplies
Hire costs for audio equipment, inflatables, and other attractions
Printing of our promotional materials
If your business isn't in a position to make a financial contribution, volunteering is an equally valuable way to support us. We need a small army of volunteers for the fair to run smoothly. It's a genuinely fun afternoon and a great opportunity to meet hundreds of local families face to face. We provide all supplies, equipment, and a full briefing, so your team just needs show up (maybe wearing your company's branded t-shirt) and enjoy it.
We especially encourage businesses to get involved in areas that fit their brand: a local pub could run our licenced bar, a football academy might run a penalty shootout, or a creative studio may offer an activity in our Creative Corner. Fancy an away day with a difference for your larger team? Maybe you could run our barbecue.
The fair wouldn't be possible without the individuals and businesses who give so generously of their time and resources; we're grateful for every contribution, large and small. To thank the businesses that help make the fair happen, we can offer a range of promotional placements depending on the level of support.

If you'd like to be included in our large-format prints, we'll need a high-resolution logo file by 8th June. We can accept logo files for other placements until 3rd July.
If you donate a prize for our Wheel of Fortune game, we'll display it along with your logo prominently on the stall.
